The eye is one of the few places a clinician can observe nerves and blood vessels directly. What shows there can reflect something more widely—and changes in the nervous system often appear first in vision.
With both fields under one roof, you don't have to carry your own story between clinics. If a concern belongs with the other specialty, the direction is clear from the first visit.

Neurology
Dr. Priya Raman
MBBS, MD, DM (Neurology)
Dr. Priya Raman is a neurologist practising in Chennai. She completed MBBS, followed by MD in General Medicine, and DM in Neurology. She is registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council under number TN/12345.
At Madras Neuro & Eye Clinic she sees adults with a range of neurological conditions. Her clinical interests include epilepsy, stroke care, headache and migraine, and disorders of movement. She reviews the clinic's educational content on these conditions.
Her practice covers assessment, diagnosis, and long-term management. She starts from each patient's history and examination, and orders tests such as an EEG or nerve conduction studies when they are needed.
Neurology consultations run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Consultations are available in English and Tamil. Dr. Raman coordinates care with other specialists when a condition needs input beyond neurology.

Dr. Meera Krishnan is an ophthalmologist practising in Chennai. She completed MBBS, followed by MS in Ophthalmology. She is registered with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council under number TN/54321.
At Madras Neuro & Eye Clinic she leads the eye-care practice. Her clinical interests include glaucoma, cataract, diabetic eye disease, and disorders of the eye surface such as dry eye. She reviews the clinic's educational content on eye conditions and eye-care services.
Her practice covers eye examination, diagnosis, and ongoing care. She starts from each patient's history and an examination of both eyes, and arranges tests such as tonometry, visual field testing, or retinal photography when they are needed.
Eye care consultations run Monday to Saturday evenings. Consultations are available in English and Tamil. Dr. Krishnan works with the clinic's neurology practice when a condition involves both the eyes and the nervous system, and with each patient's physician for diabetic eye care.
